Right now, running data and cycling data are being pulled. Specifically, the data types being pulled in cycling are: Ride, EBikeRide, EMountainBikeRide, GravelRide, MountainBikeRide, VirtualRide. And in running, the data types being pulled are Run and Trailrun.
As far as possible, all your data is displayed - There may be data that is not pulled out, such as if a workout gets "flagged", if there is no GPS data on the workout, etc.
Mugs and Prints
Yes, the mugs are of very high quality - And the print on the mugs easily withstands the dishwasher. The mugs are made for microwave use.
The print quality is 300DPI - The same as on paper prints. However, the mug's design - it is curved - and surface - It is glossy ceramic - do not allow for as high quality as Offset printing - But it is close.
